Where is my order?

Whenever possible, items which are in stock are despatched the same day.

Large and/or heavy items are despatched by UPS courier service and these orders must be placed before 15:00hrs (GMT) to ensure same day despatch.

Small items are normally despatched using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery service, for UK orders and International Tracked & Signed or UPS for overseas orders.

 

If your order has been delayed, it may be due to one or more of the following:

  • Items on your order may be presently out of stock. Where possible we try to ship orders complete, although if we anticipate a long delay, we will part ship and back order items to follow. You will receive an order slip with your goods notifying you of the estimated delivery time for back ordered items.
  • Overseas orders can sometimes be delayed by Customs clearance procedures.
